How do I purchase access to a ticketed livestream?

Make sure you are on the webpage for the livestream / chat you wish to attend. The top righthand side will display the organization or entertainers name, the name of their livestream/chat, the date and time of the livestream and if it's a ticketed event will say Paid Livestream. The bottom of the livestream window will contain a countdown timer for the livestream.

You can view ticket details prior to starting the purchase process by clicking the "i" informational icon next to Ticket Price Details.

Once you have reviewed the Ticket Price Details and are ready to purchase access, click the Purchase Access or Login button

After clicking Purchase Access or Login, you'll see the Login page. If you have previously setup a Vodovo account you'll enter your phone number in the phone number field. Make sure you select your correct Country Code if your phone number is outside the United States. If you are new to Vodovo you'll need to create an account by clicking Create Account Now. Instructions on how to create a new account can be found here.

• Login to your exisiting Vodovo account.
• Select which ticket you would like to purchase. 
• Click on the red information icon to find descriptions of ticket levels.

Then click make purchase. 

You will then be taken to our secure payment screen to purchase you ticket.

You will now be logged into the livestream and chat. You can being chatting and tipping/donating/gifting.

A receipt of your purchase will be sent to the email you used in your profile account.
