Help Center- Make sure your Chromecast device or enabled TV is turned on and setup.
- Make sure your computer or mobile device is on the same WiFi network as your Chromecast device or enabled TV.
- On your computer or mobile device, login to the VODOVO livestream event you are attending.
- You 'll have to wait for the livestream to start. Once the show starts, look in the upper righthand corner of the livestream window - just above the "Gift A Ticket" icon. There you should see the Chromecast icon when hovering your cursor. In the top righthand corner of the livestream window, look for the Chromecast icon.

- Click the Chromecast icon.
- A window should appear showing you a list of available Chromecast devices on your Wifi network. Select the device you want to cast the livestream to.
- Depending on the speed of your Wifi network, it may take a few seconds up to a minute for the cast connection to complete.
- Once connected you should see the livestream playing on your television while still being able to be part of the chat on your computer or mobile device.
